I would disagree with the comment of SIBERSUS that Russians are a rarity and since most of the lists are Asians, then they have a premium. To my recollection, a large portion of Russia fall under Asian continent. Or is it the whole of Asia? Then if this is so, Russians are partly Asians. So why the discrimination?
Frankly, I believe it is the cost of living where these girls come from. Consider that Asian dollar is weaker than Euro dollar. HK dollar is higher than Philippine peso. Thus, you see the pricing difference. IMHO.
