Eustacia is an MP? on Pasay Road, just down the street from Phoenix One, operations began only on June of 2007. Currently room rates are P1500.

and IMHO, Phoenix One has the better facilities (closet with hangers for clothes, larger shower room, more discreet showroom).

The girl I picked performed pretty well *but* I got a bit iffy when she told me that it was her last day of menstruation and she might still be a bit "bloody"... BIG TURNOFF!

i tried both phoenix and eustacia but now paranoia had set in. based on a very limited research that i did you can be infected with HPV even if you used condoms. what makes this worse is that there is no known cure for HPV and it is highly infectious. it's not life threatening but if you got infected your wife or partner or future partner will know. this shows on their pap smear.

I attended their simple Anniversary celebration last Saturday, Jun 21.  Massage rate was Php1200. There was free food and drinks. The MPAs? were in their best night gowns and wow they were really stunning.

I passed by to scout the area this morning and it looks closed/under renovation.

Is it still open? I want to visit this place within the week :)

Eustacia Inn is on the second floor of the building. You must have seen the construction on the ground floor.

I believe it opens at 12nn up to about 3am daily.

There is a male guide in the ground floor who accompanies would be customers to the second floor reception area where there is an aquarium.

VIP Card

They once had a promo then about a VIP card. Cost is around P1000. With this card you get the following priveleges:

1.  10-% discount on Massage service

2.  after 5 or 6 visits (I'm not sure), you get 1 free massage service

I hope this promo is still open.

FYI - Eustacia will be celebrating it's anniversary this month.  From what I gathered from the manager, they will have some specials for this month of June.

 

UPDATE:

1.  New VIP CARD cost is Php2000. With this card, your discounted massage rate is P1200 except on Sundays and holidays.

2.  Anniversary is on June 21. Promos from June 21 till 30 are available.

The standard rate for ES? is in this establishment is P1500. However, if you feel generous or if you were totally satisfied with, I guess add-on would be very much welcome to them.

Yup this is correct...Went here just last week, it was ok. THe building doesn't look much from the outside, but its good on the inside. They have fewer girls than the average MP?, but the quality is ok. I did pay 3k for 2 pops, but it was worth it. Whats more, you can pay the girl's portion along with the room via credit card if you're short on cash. # 57 gives excellent service. She has a tight body, although she is not voluptous, more on the slim side.
