Yes, Arena KTV has its own aquarium but no massage parlor. if ur aim is to just watch the girls its gonna cost u P200 for your entrance fee and P800+/hour for Ladies Drinks + 1 Ladies Drink for the Mama-san & P700 for using the VIP Room and you have to pay the girl P5000 if you want her services inside the Room. If you plan to take out a girl just pay the bar fine of P8,000.00 and skip the VIP room routine so you can save P2500.00. These extremely beautiful girls are more than worth it especially coz they'd be glad to escort you to other hangout places Like in Paseo, Crossroads or Mango Square and dine with you before taking them to your hotel. They've got girls from Manila from a KTV which closed down in Roxas Blvd (forgot its name). Barfine is PhP 8k. If you go for cebuanas, barfine is PhP 6k. Expensive compared to other KTV's in Cebu, but selection is better. Look for mamasan Strawberry.
